Currently involved in the development of a Real Estate Information System for property evaluation. Key contributions include:
- Automating the extraction of raw listing data from various sources (APIs, HTML parsing)
- Implementing deduplication and harmonization techniques, contributing directly to final schema
- Developing the full-stack web app and visualize market trends either spatially or graphically
Contributed also to the early-stage development of auxiliary laboratory projects and provided technical support, including codebase debugging and troubleshooting.

DML Real Estate

Full-stack engineering of an end-to-end real estate information system designed for market analysis and property evaluation. This includes automated ETL pipelines which extract raw listing data from multiple sources, performs normalization techniques (such as deduplication, type casting) prior to database insertion. The backend leverages Postgres with pgvector to support future embeddings. In addition, the app utilizes Django ORM for our data models, performing queries etc. Furthermore, the frontend features interactive maps with Leaflet.js or BI graphs/reports from Metabase.
